 Guitarist Teresa García Herranz has obtained her Performing Musicians Degree in classical guitar at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid with Demetrio Ballesteros, graduating with honorable mention. Since then she has continued her studies for four years at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of The Hague with Zoran Dukic, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in 2005. After that, she has perfected her studies with a Master Degree at the Lemmeninstituut in Leuven, Belgium, with professor Raphaella Smits.
She has taken part in courses of prestigious professors such as Gerardo Arriaga, David Russell, Pavel Steidl, Carlos Marchione, Oscar Ghiglia and Hubert Käppel. As a soloist and in ensemble she has performed in numerous concert halls, recognized festivals, and has been broadcast on radio and television in Spain, the Netherlands and Hungary, with guitar trio Trío Córdoba, Duo Alborada (flute and guitar) and Duo Zorongo (singer and guitar).
La chitarrista Teresa Garcia Herranz si è diplomata in chitarra classica con il massimo dei voti e menione d'onore presso il Real Conservatorio Superior de Música di Madrid sotto la guida di Demetrio Ballesteros. Ha poi seguito un corso di prefezionamento di 4 anni presso il Koninklijk Conservatorium of The Hague sotto la guida di Zoran Dukic, dove ha conseguito il Bachelor’s Degree nel 2005. Ha poi recentemente conseguito un Master Degree presso il Lemmeninstituut di Leuven, Belgio, con la Professoressa Raphaella Smits.Ha seguito corsi di perfezionamento con prestigiosi maestri, tra i quali Gerardo Arriaga, David Russell, Pavel Steidl, Carlos Marchione, Oscar Ghiglia e Hubert Käppel. Si è esibita come solista e in ensemble in numerosi auditori, prestigiosi festival, e alla readio e televisione in Spagna, Olanda, Ungheria, con il trio Cordoba, il Duo Alborada (flauto e chitarra) e il Duo Zorongo (canto e chitarra).
